Shipping Policy:

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days via USPS. (Orders over $75 ship free) Please allow 5-8 business days at the latest for delivery after your item ships. We do offer USPS Expedited Mail Service, at an additional fee. We DO NOT ship on the weekends and are closed on all national holidays. We are open between the hours of M-F, 10am - 5pm PST.

Return Policy:

We offer returns on most unopened or unused products, (please contact customer service for a list of products which can not be returned) as long as the box and item are in 100% original condition and have NOT been used! Please keep in mind, we do have a 15% restocking fee which cannot be waived, if you have placed your order, received it and want to return it. Shipping is non-refundable on any customer return. We offer a 15 day return policy only. Anything past 15 days will not be accepted or refunded! If your item was received damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost, just contact us!
